Pick My Outfit

I'm off to another wedding this weekend, this time as a guest instead of a member of the wedding party.  The youngest brother of my sister-in-law is getting married; it's so crazy because I think Alex was...13 or 14 when I first met him?  No way he is grown up enough to get married.  Because that would make me in my 30's or something.

Oh wait.  Yeah.

Anyway, it's going to be a fantastic shindig for one incredibly cute couple.  So what the hell am I going to wear?  Here are all the pertinent details:
  • Wedding is at 3:00, reception at 5:00
  • It's cold here in MN - so I will probably need some kind of jacket
  • There will be dancing, so a swishy dress is a plus
  • Although the non-swishy dress of the bunch here fits me perfectly so that's a plus
I've been playing around with three different dresses - keep in mind here that the styling is not perfect because this is "play mode."  But overall - which of these three looks do you like the best?

  1. The SWAK dress would be my choice hands down! That outfit is gorgeous!! I also have a weakness and love for black and red, but it's not just the color, the flow of the dress and everything is fantastic.

  2. The red dress look overall suits you the best. However, I like the blue dress better, so I would love to see the blue dress with the black shrug that you have on with the red dress to see how I like that together. If that's not super-amazing, then I would go for the red dress look, as is.

  5. As much as I puffy heart that lucie Lu dress (that I got in dove thanks to your recommendation!) I gotta agree with the other ladies. The swak dress is so gorgeous on you.

  6. Outfit #2 (Red) is gorgeous! I pick that as a first pick. My second pcik is Outift #3 (Striped) is really nice, but it's black; slimming of course, but it's a wedding! :) Good luck, you'll look beautiful in any of them.

  8. I'm with the Lucie Lu with black shrug combo. I don't think the jacket you have paired with it is fun enough for it. It that doesn't work well, then the red dress combo.

  13. Wow. I'm glad I don't have to decide! I love them all, but the red one is my favorite. You look just beautiful in it and it would be fun to dance in it. You really can't go wrong, though! =)

  14. I like the 3rd dress the best, although the 2nd one is a close runner up.

    I like the 1st dress, but not paird with a blazer. I think it needs a shrug or a wrap or something more formal.
