Everyday Bombshell

Last night, I received the dress I won from T Minus, T Plus's Shabby Apple give-away...which ocurred 6 months ago! Certainly not Tina's fault, but for some reason the Shabby Apple team was a bit loathe to actually provide the dress they'd offered for a give-away. Thanks to Tina's tenacity, they finally followed through on their end of the bargain.







The dress is so cute, in theory. It's poorly made (the seams don't line up, etc) but I do really like the style. It's a little bit Kate Spade-inspired. With that in mind, I decided to do Kate proud and add the (somewhat over-the-top-for-work) pink tulle flower. I kinda love this.

  1. so, they took a half-year to honor a giveaway, and the quality is substandard?

    not good for Shabby Apple, but good for you - you look absolutely adorable!

    Dress does look wicked cute on you, though, Sara. The pink flower does add a special something to the ensemble.

  3. shame -- this is the first truly negative review i have heard of Shabby Apple -- both of the quality of the products and the quality of their customer service.
    but as the other ladies have said, the dress does look adorable on you.

  7. Sooo Kate-Spadeish! Especially with the flower. Excellent styling choice. (I'm a big Spade fan - the only 'designer' stuff I'd actually purchase, if it fit!)

    Bummer about the construction, though... I'll think twice before I order from them.
