This is a dress I can't wait to wear on a patio, with sunshine and a margarita to accessorize the look. I broke it out today (44 degrees and pouring rain) because the tropical floral print made me feel optimistic for sunny days to come. Paired with a white short-sleeved jacket, it fit in perfectly to the creative-corporate office in which I work. But...come on sunshine!

This dress looks great on you...it will be perfect for a poolside party! Be patient...it will come!
ReplyDeleteYAY YOU! I am 5'1.. that is so not a problem LOL. It is really cute though.
ReplyDeleteOh Pam, I cannot wait for a pool party! Patience has never been one of my virtues. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Leslie - I imagine at 5'1" you have the opposite problem, always having to hem too-long bottoms. :)
That's a great accomplishment. I have trouble finding maxis that are long enough for me at 5'6".
ReplyDeleteWow! I love the dress, and it's the perfect length for you! =)
ReplyDeleteThere is a maxi dress from Maurices that drags a bit on the floor on my 5'9 frame! It's on their website...http://www.maurices.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11316858 Hopfully this link works...I look 10 feet tall in the dress and absolutely love it haha!
ReplyDeleteWow. I've been looking for a maxidress that is actually long enough, as I am nearly 5-11. I have two now -- one was given to me by my sister -- and both are maddeningly short. Thanks Sara!
ReplyDeleteWoohoo! Pretty!!
ReplyDeleteI love this dress (i also have it)... but you look amazing in it... I agree... city chic does make them long enough... I love that!!
